"We had my mother in the celebration of life in Mangia a few weeks ago. Raul his staff was incredible! Not only was the food above the top, but her service attention to detail interactions with the guests warm sensitive, but helped to keep the celebration happy. Raul's suggestions for the menu were perfect and each raves still about the food. If you are looking for a place for a special event, I would highly recommend Mangia's. "One of the best new additions Hollister has to offer. Freshness and order accuracy is incredible. They even call to solve possible issues with orders BEFORE you show up. "Staff was super friendly and very attentive! Food was great at first until My issue happened?My biggest issue was there was a lot of small fruit flies in the back right side, and they only appeared once our drinks and food got there. One fell in my beer and didn?t make a scene, they replaced right away. Then two more flies were flying around our rolls and one fell in my beer again! I very discreetly let the staff know of the situation in a soft voice to not bring attention to us. I Did Not request a discount, But an apology from the manager or owner would have been nice, none was given? Even a coupon for a next time visit would have been nice. I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS SUSHI RESTAURANT AGAIN. Good luck to all."

"I understand customer service is important always but I also understand that employees should get treated with proper respect and dignity. Management really needs to take training on how to better train there team. Speaking to them rude n disrespectful is not good sign of management at all. These kids and adults that come to work daily to each location at Wingstop work hard but if they dnt get the proper and adequate training on food handling and customer approach they will extend poor service n this again is a reflection of the managers not supervisors. Nit picking of little things vs utilizing teaching moments and learning experiences has very diffrent outcomes that make employees love coming to work and have a more pleasing experience for customers who come in and consume from this food chain. Capitola n watsonville stores struggle with employee retention due to lack of proper managerial training on how to build ur team up n not down. I really hope that corporate can do an internal investigation on how employees are treated. Over worked, working without clocking in schedule adjustments to reflect shifts they arr owed hours on, lots of scolding employees and list goes on. Lack of leadership...Glad they got a new Manger in Capitola! He has good work ethic. Andrea at the Hollister store has very poor managing skills, brakes a lot of labor laws and it's time employees speak up on how they are over worked as minors and taken advantage of by not paying them there hours they have worked, taking all the glory of a passed inspection knwing it was her team hard work and a lot of it minors that made it happen. A lot if discrimination behind the scenes of Andreas management!"
