"JUST NOT good pizza. Of myself, my wife, and our 3 kids, nobody enjoyed it. I can only describe it as eating a skimpy amount of sauce and cheese on a burnt cracker. We love going out of town and ordering pizza from new places. Sometimes we find amazing pizza joints that differ from the regular big chains. This was NOT one of them. If you want a pizza in Dublin, gi elsewhere, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody..."

"I wish I could give ZERO stars. After 1.5 hours of waiting I called to get the ETA of my order. The rep told me my food left the store 5 mins ago. I said ok thank you and hung up. Waited another hour and called to inform I didn’t get my food and the rep was RUDE AND TASTELESS and said she assumed I didn’t want my order since I was waiting a long time. She did not call to tell me my order was cancelled or that I would be refunded. She said she had no need to refund me because I didn’t call.. WHAT?! She told me she will refund me now and hung up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"It was delicious!! There aren't many places that make gluten-free pizza. Once I discovered that Jet's Pizza offers it, I had to jump on the opportunity. Thankfully, I did because that pizza was incredibly tasty and nourishing! It didn't leave me feeling heavy and bloated afterwards. That's important because it's an excellent sign that says this particular pizza is really made with gluten free ingredients! I should mention that this location does make a note that cross-contamination is still a possibility. My situation only calls for no gluten ingredients as I do not suffer from celiac disease, rather only gluten sensitivity. Thank you Jet's Pizza! :D I'd post a picture of it but I finished eating it before I could finish this review!"

"Visiting Columbus after moving away 7 years ago. Asked for my favorite Big Don sub with double meat. I have ordered that for 25years. Very disappointed. They had to have forgotten the double meat so I took it up to the counter. They said they did put the extra on... REALLY... ¢I wasn't going to argue."

"Entire staff was on drugs. I?ve gone to this Romeo?s weekly since moving to Dublin. I placed my usual text order for a medium pepperoni and arrived to the doors locked. Three staff inside, one dropped a pizza, two walked out. When they came back they unlocked the door and let some of us in. Then locked us in the store. The woman was acting bizarre, screaming obscenities. One of the customers gave her the ?you need to get your life together? speech. She finally handed me my pizza, walked me out the door, and locked it behind me. I opened it to discover it was an Italian sausage pizza that was cooked with no sauce, then cut, and then sauce was added after the fact. The whole thing weighed like 5-10 pounds. Given how odd the staff were behaving, and the condition of the pizza, I could not eat it and will need a new weekly pizza spot."
