"Great experience. although small, the interieur is comfortable and eating proved to be delicious. I tried the family fish chips meal with a poutine and for 4 children and 2 adults, it was enough, we even have enough home for a single person meal. they were a thicker fishcut and not exaggerated. and the poutine was very good, although the soße is an original recipe, it was very good. for the interested are the fries thick cut, but the outer was still crispy, very well made. with reasonable praise, I will go back to definition. Question."

"Wasn’t fresh. They are extremely unorganized, and their takeout system is not efficient, instead of keeping them in the main fridge where anybody can just grab your order. Looked like a bunch of highschool girls who have no culinary experience. They seemed to have no clue of what was going on. Ruined my whole evening. Would’ve been better if the sushi was actually worth it."

"I was disappointed with my recent visit. I came about 6 or 7 times last year. In the beginning we were obsessed with this place! But with every visit the prices and quality and service decreased. I should say I'm not coming back."

"I don't understand the hype or the cost of this place. Half of the facilities are closed, but you still pay the full price $107 for access. Everything from towels to napkins costs money... You don't accept cash. Facilities are moderate, small, many design features that make some areas unusable or inaccessible. The numerous water properties make the place quite loud between the sounds of spraying and all pumps. No WiFi access for customers, but there are three for employees and VIPs. The staff was generally unpleasant and the safety has no concept of personal space. Once you enter, you can not leave what makes the payment for an entry seem like a trap not a service. I'm sorry to be hard, but I find the same services for 1/4 of the price with a much better experience."

"People on here have no sense of humour, the staff are great and joke around a lot so probably not the best place for non humour ontario tourist. Food is amazing probably the best poutine in the Outaouais region. If you don't have a sense...of humour i do not recommend you going here. If you like to have a good laugh and enjoy some great food this is the place to go."

"Place is nicely decorated and looks very charming. Patio is was a private event but it looked very nice and inviting. We were sat at a table inside and given water but our server neglected to ever come to our table. He took the order of the table next to us without even glancing our way. Delivered their drinks, came around again and never acknowledged us. I tried getting their attention with no acknowledgement. He knew we were sat there because he told the lady where to seat us. We had to leave and go to the restaurant up the street."

"Trying to find a quiet spot for a bite to eat on a cold, dark, rainy night in Chelsea, Qc. This place did fine. Only the deep fryer was in operation forcing us to have calamari and wings. Both didn’t disappoint in the fried food...department and the place wasn’t too noisy! Sadly, the don’t sell 1/2 pints so I had to abandon some beer. The other weird thing is that they have 3 slot machines in here so, depending on where you are sitting, you might have to put up with flashing lights and people plugging their money into those crazy things."

"I would not call that a " fish and chip". Very small piece of fish, not crispy at all, to cook. I was still hungry after eating all the french fries and the small salad. Good service. To bad it was not busy at all for a friday night. No atmosphere. Dont have a great selection of appetizers."
