"Just a hot mess and a half. I’m a DoorDash driver and it’s appalling to see how your orders are handled. No regards for social distancing or maintaining some kind of line for the counter versus who’s been waiting 15-30 mins for their food. Workers will let bags of to-go’s pile up, then drop them on the shared “pick up” table where people will reach and grab anything left there. Several times I’ve had others attempt to take the orders labeled for my pickup, since there is no system of organization. (The signs on the table get covered quick or moved There should be an organized RACK, not table, so people can actually find their bags and not sit next to the bags of food piling up, grubby hands touching everything like children. On average, as a driver I’ll be waiting upwards of 20 minutes for your DoorDash order. Sorry folks, this is on the store not your driver! We WANT to bring your food, fresh, hot, and on time!I shouldn’t see workers texting in between making orders either, for sanitation and time efficiency. There is no reason that anyone should be excessively waiting for cold food or shorted on portions. Either STOP accepting online orders (like other stores have) when you’re that overwhelmed as a store, or find a new way to manage in person and online systems."

"Ordered online for delivery. Got food in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it was without the 2 orders of queso for our chips. Salsa wasn't very fresh as the tomatoes were getting white. My son's burrito didn't have the green chile salsa. I wouldn't have even complained about the quality of the food if I would've gotten the queso. Reached out online to let them know and was transferred from a bot to a human in chat (after waiting 10 minutes) who then said that someone would get back to me via email. Well it's now going on Wednesday. I ordered on Saturday. I have yet to hear from anybody."

"It's almost unbelievable that the food at our own El Toro restaurant in Amherst rivals what I had last week in Santa Maria, California, where Carna Asada has been perfected. I came back to Buffalo a couple days ago and I wanted to try my favorite Buffalo Mexican restaurant, El Toto, while Santa Maria was was fresh on my palate. Santa Maria has dozens of fantastic Mexican restaurants. I also experienced a half dozen home cooked meals at my in law's homes during my visit. Mexican BBQ happens all the time in Santa Maria. El Toro nailed it and even got the taste of the smooth, red salsa that accompanies Carna Asada right. I should also mention that Jason, my server, was excellent."

"I would give it about 3.5 stars. I always get a chile relleno wherever I go and there's was clearly given the tender love and care required. As with most I've had in this area, the heat and full flavor falls a little short but I will definitely be back for more. Mexico is just too far a drive to get a chile relleno!"

"The food and drinks available are very affordable but I'm used to slightly bigger portions. A little more beans and rice would be nice. Salsa and chips were very good, spicy!
