"Have been sitting here a couple of times with work and also taken along. also good service and very accomodation for the nutritional requirements, in my case vegetarian. often when we went, we would be the only one there, so a bit awkward initially I felt. overall it is not the best place I have ever eaten, but does the job"

"After I have lived in the opposite for over 23 years, I cannot believe that this was our first visit to say at least that it will not be our last. absolutely delicious. we had the Sunday carousel and the choice was brilliant bark (boiled to perfection) gammon, black or truthahn (and not only limited to one). something that meets all requirements. the staff was friendly and friendly and nothing was too much. very recommend this hidden gemstone of a pub and we will soon return to the rehearsal more of their menu."

"I had met a colleague at this place, was really early, he was delayed so I was spent a long time over my first drink. Once I knew my colleague was only 5 minutes away, I went to order more drinks. one of the employees went out of the way to make sure that I was aware of the deadline on the parking lot at this place to ensure that I would not get a fine. excellent customer support from this gentleman, any other staff that served me, and the coffee stood the standards I expect."

"This store frequently runs out of milk for those shopping before am when the delivery is made. Today when I asked a manager (drafted in from another store) why they did not order more he replied that the amount was decided by the computer....You would only need to go and look at the empty shelves every morning to see this isn't working but its obviously much easier to blame the computer than take responsibility for under ordering. If this manager found the computer had underpaid him would he just shrug and say the computer knows best! The other problem encountered at this store today is also a regularly occuring one. Only one manned checkout open and then when the supervisor does open another one they peel people off from the end of the queue rather than serving the people who have waited the longest. This happens so often to me, three times in the last two weeks alone, that I think a fairer system should be introduced which does not allow the supervisor to play God' and choose who gets through quickest. This could be a filter queue or a ticket system like those at delicatessens."

"We have used this takeaway for a few years now and it's always been delicious and a good service. However on Saturday 26th November it was a different story, when my husband arrived after ordering our food on the phone, it was very busy, the lady gave him our order but as he was leaving she'd realised she hadn't put the rice in. When we got the food out it wasn't the rice we'd ordered, we ordered special fried rice as that's all we like but they had given us plain white rice which was all stodgy so we didn't eat it!! Also the the sesame toast was soggy and the chicken balls were very dry as if they'd been cooked a while ago. So disappointing as we've always loved the food from here, maybe if they are that busy they should get extra staff in, let's hope it was just a blip"
