"Ordered to go through door dash. 2 items were missing, one being my husband's meal. I called and the girl working said she tried to get the driver before he left and couldn't. She also stated she talked to the owner and I could get a refund as I couldn't go get the food. I stopped in today, the owner said no refund, only replace the food. This is at 2:00 and my son won't be home until after 5. No Thanks, can't reward cheese fries.I won't ever order from them again. To many other Mexican restaurants in the area to get screwed out of 15.00"

"Usually when we go to Hacienda we have a pretty good dining experience. The servers are usually pleasant, the food is usually good (we are aware it's a chain restaurant and not truly authentic Mexican, but for what it is it's good). The chips and salsa are decent and they have the good ranch. Lol However, this last visit, our original server left much to be desired. We were seated in the dining area, assigned to a server who only had 3 other tables, all of which were nearing the end of their meals. We waited 10 minutes before she even bothered to welcome us and take our drink order even though she walked past our table several times, and nearly another 15 minutes before she brought us said drinks (3 soft drinks and a water nothing special from the bar), and again she had been back and forth to the other tables several times in that 15 minutes without so much as a word to us to say our drinks would be right out, nothing. When she finally bothered to bring us our drinks, we asked to be moved to the bar area, to a different server. After moving things were much better. The server we had was attentive, pleasant and sweet. She was much busier than the server we had to start with but managed to give all of her customers attention. She kept us updated on our food, letting us know when it would be out and kept our drinks and chips and salsa full."

"I ordered food over the phone and I got to the restaurant to pick up my food I guess one of the teens working there friend ordered food to so she let her cut in front of me to pick up her order. THEN she gave her my order and told her in Spanish oh that was her order as if I wouldn't know what she said and then asked me what my name was . Stood there for 5 minutes with no assistance with a person helping a friend and another person just standing at the register. The service use to be good here. Really rude experience so I didn't leave with my food that she handed to someone else I just left."

"Some serious consistency issues at this location. We have been 4 times, (early lunch time) and have not experienced super long waits, however, the food has been all over the place. Portion size is significantly smaller than any other Chipotle location I have eaten at, rice has been VERY undercooked twice, and it often seems like they're adding salsa/sour cream with a teaspoon. I am really hoping this location can get it turned around, but at this point, it's stillworth the drive to Mishawaka for a better product."
