"Thought fish and chips for a short middle week meal would be nice after a hectic day. Be here before that came back and ordered Grilled Perch. When it was brought out, it was wrapped in the film, it was cooked, swimming... in water (frozen) tasteless very small and NOT perch. I asked the cook if he had grilled the fish and he said yes in the foil. After asking him to tell him that the fish was shocking, he apologized and went back to the kitchen. Pretty sure the fish used was BASS and could have saved my self $8 and went to Woolies and cooked it my self on a real grill for $2. Totally demolished, Not what I ordered and derive a cheaper farmed freshwater fish for perch charge $10 for it. Will not be back"

"We stopped here today for some hot chips and Potato Scallops. The lady serving us was very friendly and even threw in an extra potato scallop for us for no extra charge when we picked up our order! The chips were hot, tasty and pretty crispy and the homemade scallops were excellent. Good old fashion Fish and Chips. I have to try some fish here next time!"

"Cannot fault the service and food at Fish Face. We come for fish and chips often and we absolutely love it, wouldn't go anywhere else. They also offer a small assortment of UK food products which is always nice for a pom living in Australia! There is a large variety of different products too which you can't find anywhere else. The food is delicious and always a fabulous treat! Also enjoy the UK style sausages from the freezer now and again. Feels like home! Will be back again :"

"Ordered kiwi hot dogs and crab sticks and chips Don’t know what batter they use but it’s no good Waited mins to be served horrible oily food with no sauce on hotdog. Who does kiwi hotdog with no sauce Won’t be back"

"Best I have ever had, went for lunch today as heard good things about this place. They have just won two awards for best fish and chips in all of Queensland, so I though must be good. Packed up car with wife and kids to give it a try. Not only did it meet my expectations but far exceeded them. I have Cod and chips and wife had Haddock, both excellent. Staff were very knowledgeable and super helpful."
