"The most recent visit here was for a family birthday celebration and while we did not choose to have a birthday cake and a song from the staff, several other patrons did so it was all part of the fun to hear a decidedly off-key version of Happy Birthday to You on two occasions (two and a bit if you count the false start on one of the renditions!The food, as always, was excellent (although I expected a bit more kick for my "medium" rated hotness for the enchilada so I shall have to up the ante next visit). The entree size meal was plenty for me, leaving room for a side and a dessert; the servings were generous and we definitely had no complaints. There was never any feeling that we were being rushed and were able to take our time over the meal. My only complaint (very minor) was that as soon as we sat down we were offered water as is the usual in most restaurants; I should have been alerted by being given the choice of still or sparkling but didn't catch on until the water was delivered in a plastic Mount Franklin bottle that the water was going to cost $4. My own fault as I realised after that to just get a glass carafe of plain water I should have asked for tap water like most of the other tables! I'm certainly not going to argue over $4 but it could also be considered an "upselling" trap. Consider it a lesson learned. On the plus side the cider was on special for half-price that night.I do recommend Pancho's for good Mexican food, fun cocktails and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere; it also has a great range of vegetarian options."

"I ordered 3 tacos takeaway. I twice mentioned no tomatoe , I only live around the corner yet when I got home my tacos were soggy, cold and all had tomatoe. This is the first time I tried this Mexican restaurant and will be my last. There are better choices within 200m"

"This chicken is one of the hottest I have ever had. As this store is close by we use it frequently. I don't know why I always challenge the hot levels and cautions they offer but I always pay for it soon after. Believe me...the rating is pretty much spot on. Love their chicken and will keep on coming back."
