"I Love this place. I am from New York and I know pizza. Caretti's has the best pizza I have had since moving to this area. It's the closest thing to New York pizza around. The staff is friendly the ambiance is comforting and the food and service is second to none! I highly recommend it!"

"Everyone was friendly, and the food was great! We have been here many times with the same result! The food comes out hot and fresh. We always love getting the salad bar. They are always bringing out fresh food to replenish the items. Very close to Interstate 81 on and off ramps, so if you are traveling, this is a good place to stop. They have a bar with tvs playing whatever sporting event of the day, if you want to watch the game. Highly recommend a visit!"

"The food was good but too heavy for my taste. Its all buttery and creamy and but thats what pasta is all about. Evan attended us and was a great guy. The service was great and the portions for the price were terrific. I hate that I had to pay 2 dollars extra just because I played a minute of the table game while waiting for the food. Although its not much but it should have been mentioned that there was a charge for the game . Imagine playing pool in your tablet for a minute and paying 2 dollars . I ordered lemonade and chicken alfredo with chicken gnocchi which was par with my taste. My wife on the other hand had hard time finishing the spaghetti with mushroom sauce which tasted like butter sauce(too buttery) and can use a bit of improvement. I got andes chocolate as reward by Evan before I left. All in all it was a good experience and I know the hardship of waiting in the line for the olive garden in NYC . Thank god I didn’t waste my time doing that. Would recommend giving it a try"
