"Had the BEST Ranch Lovers Buffalo Chicken Pizza tonight! Recommend it (or any other kind of pizza in Romeo for this matter and recommend the Stow Store. Everybody works so hard here. As a customer, please know how much I can appreciate you all. I know this pandemic didn't make things easy. I hope other customers can practice patience and kindness with you all because you deserve that. I wanted to give Dave the manager a special reputation. "Where do I start? I called a few days ago to order pasta in a brotbowl. the type was new, so I was like no big thing that messed up my order. I didn't get it in a brotbowl. I called and was assured that next time I get a free brotbacke great! but then I called and told him I wanted my free brotbowl. he continues to say that [my name] of [my address] number [my number] . I said yes, and he said it's sorry that we don't have it in the system, but make good a compromise my manager said that they can come to their free brotbowl when they pick it up, but I couldn't pick it up. he goes oh they can not get good, then they can order a small pizza and a free brotbrust and also give them their free brotbrust. I said what, how serious would I pay for something I don't want to get just something you owe me? he said I'm sorry, and then I said how sick they tap when they deliver, but I don't order a little pizza. he says, my manager said we can deliver it when they pay 1.99 for the car ride and I said, okay. then this guy took me in the handle and spoke to his manager. To be honest, it seemed like he might have been new, and he only did what he was said, but seriously. I've been working in food business for over a year and that's not how they make a happy customer. I wouldn't point out any of these dominos because they don't seem to care about the customers need. When the supplier came here, he was super nice, but he had no change, even though I said I needed a change on the phone. but he was super nice, so requissite for him. I tipped him more than necessary, but he wanted to make me happy. and he was so pretty."
