"Oh, God, we always come here every time we visit. But I started weight monitor, so I thought it would be terrible not to go and eat....but I was thrilled by the seafood menu part!! I have the shrimp tacos a la carte and the shrimps were not hard at ALL, it was absolutely fabulous. We usually get Carne Asada Tacos, but they were just as delicious as I had imagined. "Horrific customer service by Hope who was working the window. Asked for ghost pepper sauce to which I received no reply, so I asked again to which Hope replied ?I heard you? in a sarcastic tone as if I was bothering her. I got my food and called the manager Kristine, who has the same training in customer service as Hope. I explained what happened to the manager and her response was ?well, did you get your ghost pepper sauce?? Then made the excuse that there was only 3 people"
