"Had a lovely walk around the Arboretum and ended it with a nice coffee and cake. However, I was sat on a table near the till and witnessed a male who I assume was the manager speak very rudely and raise his voice to a lady and the staff. I was left feeling uncomfortable and believe the whole situation was inappropriate so I went over to check if the lady was okay. Also, although the cake was nice I don't believe it was worth the price"
