"We told the waitress we were splitting all of our order, but when it came, there were no salad tongs to split the salad, and the main meal well, we had to split it ourselves. We're used to getting our meal split (and don't mind paying extra for it) when we share our order. (Obviously not big eaters) The food is great, nevertheless, and not inexpensive. It feels good to support a local business. We can't put our finger on it, but we didn't feel welcome, just served."

"I've been walking by this place for 2 years. The other day I was very hungry and tired of mediocre sandwiches so I went in and ordered takeout. The place is clean and bright. While I waited for my order I kept hearing patrons around me saying how good their food was. The guy who took my order was happy and confident. I sat at the counter and ate some of my order before leaving. It was really good. My expectations were surpassed and I will order when hungry, again."

"We drove from this place laborious times and the parking lot is full every time. my wife saw it up and the reviews were high with 300 reviews. we decided to try. despite the full parking space we sat right away. "When first walking into this place, it did not look good. It is next to McDonald's and Tim Horton's which is a little off putting but i recommend it highly to anyone who is in the area. The prices are fantastic and the lunch combo is really good. Me in my friends had a really positive experience, it is definitely a hidden gem of Comox! Then tuna nigiri had a really nice texture and great flavor as well, definitely one of my favorite items they serve."
