"Today I placed an order through their app and run into issue after issue. My credit card was charged but the app kept saying there was an error and my transition was not processed. I called their customer service line as was directed and after about 5 minutes the line would tell me to leave a voice mail. I left a voice mail but to call back a couple of times with no success. I then decided to call the restaurant and the cashier tried to find my order but it was not on their computer and called the line directly for me she was able to get through but the customer service agent told her that they tried to connect but could not because I had given them an international number (Manitoba is apparently an international country) and they were unable to connect with me. At no point while telling me did the cashier on the phone apologize for the inconvenience, and I asked to speak to a manager. This manager was extremely useless, as he repeated that I would have to pay for my order once again and that a refund would be processed for my order within 2 3 business days. Their manager does not wish to help his customers at all, and repeated the same line over and over again. What makes me extremely upset is had I not contacted the store and spoke to the incompetent manager I would have not been informed that my order had not be placed, and the money would have simply been taken from my account. Would not recommend to anyone ever order from St. Hubert ever, and if you do please monitor your bank account and order process closely.Ended up taking the advice of another reviewer who also had a terrible experience with the management at this restaurant and placed my dinner order with Benny and Co and will continue to do so in the future."
