"Had lunch here, friendly service who kindly provided us with a parking dial. Hardly any waiting time, food came quick and was of high standard, also very nice presentation. Make sure you check out the cakes section in the cafe area!"

"This small Cafe/Bar is situated adjacent to Platform 1 where the Cog Railway to Achensee starts and finishes. We each had a snack of Ham and Cheese on Toast. The cheese was rather tasteless but was improved by the sachet of Ketchup that might have been provided for just this purpose! The female member of staff was efficient and her English passable. Toilets were not that clean but useable! Sitting outside is a good way to have a drink and watch the various types of trains."

"I can really recommend the 4 seasons! The hotel is so beautiful with great attention to detail. The service was also 1A, especially in the restaurant. Greetings to the waiter Roland : The 6 course menu was great. Something for every taste. 13 salads to choose from at the starter buffet. TOP!! The wellness area was also great. Indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, steam bath and a whirlpool. The location is also very good, as it is only a few minutes' walk to the lake. We had wonderful days and would come back any time. Thank you for the great time!!"

"After a long road trip we stopped by at the Bergkristall for a brunch, it was a cold week day during December and we ended up having an amazing brunch. I had a tomato soup, omg! that tomato soup was the best ever .. plus...this place has a stunning view of the mountains and the town. My partner had a nudelsuppe which also was super delicious. If you are around there during xmas dont forget to also taste the glühwein, which was very strong but nice. The service was nice, they had an English menu as well."
