"Is this really how a pizza that took an hour and 20 minutes at arrive should look??? Order via JustEat and and when asked for a refund received this message The restaurant isn 't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: We 're really sorry your order wasn 't delivered on time. We 're really sorry your order was late. We hope you enjoyed your food. Are you kidding me? I never leave bad reviews but this is a joke. I didn’t even want the full order refunding, just the £7 for the pizza. I called and called over the delivery time and not once did I get an answer, just user busy the whole time, an actual joke, so disappointed. Not only was the pizza all beaten up, but it wasn’t even nice, £11.40 straight in the bin, and an order from Turkish Delight swiftly placed and received in perfect condition (and on time) to prove even further that it can be one. Save your the money and order from somewhere good. Next time just refund me."

"Visited this place for years and a couple of times since new owner has taken over. Staff are polite and friendly but that does not extend to the quality of food and in my opinion, it has gone downhill dramatically! I ordered a large ham salad three quarters of which was shredded cabbage being both red and white along with a small amount of rice and a scrawny piece of tomato and egg along with two long fingers of cucumber. The best thing about the salad was good quality ham but there was very little of it. What’s happened to the grated carrot, cress, vegetable salad, coleslaw and potatoes salad etc? Won’t return I’m afraid"

"I just want to say a big thank you to kammy. what an amazing guy. a real asset for the company. I ordered 2 pizzas and no pizzeria hats that drove them with the van. I waited in old and they finally set cold. I called pizza hut and camemy apologised immediately (even if it wasn't his fault) and got some hot pizzas prepared and personally delivered them to us."

"I have visited this same pizza express twice in the space for 3 weeks, and both times the service has been persistently slow. Whether it was waiting for seating, drinks, food or just general service. I’d have sympathy if the place was full to the...brim with customers the fact of the matter is there’s a handful of tables with maximum of three people at them, so service should be simple. I enjoy the food, but for christ sake... speed up."
