"After several mistakes in orders over the past weeks we decided to try them again and this time was the absolute worst yet. Pizza arrived early but also arrived raw and uncooked. Upon calling them to complain I was hung up on when I Tryed to make a complaint, call backs had same results. .. if you want pizza then AVOID. PIZZAPIZZA as you can get better buying a frozen pizza from the market.... Stay away from this firm as in brockville ontario this is known as the absolute worst pizza in the Province"

"Recently had lunch here and right from the start it felt like we were an annoyance or hassle to the wait staff. The food was ok. Cheesecake tasted stale, like it had been frozen and just microwaved. There's a tarp at the ceiling with a green hose running from it down to the kitchen area... I get structural stuff happens but that doesn't look too awesome or clean.Really starting to feel like Boston Pizza is starting to drop quality."

"Was in business and tried the pizza from here. as a pizza nut I like to try different types of different places. overall this place has not disappointed! the crust had a selection of thin, thick, regular or multicorn. I was with a regular crust. this style, as they will see in the picture, is somewhat thicker than some other places. the soda to the dough ratio was noticeable. I don't care as long as it's not a dry pizza. I personally like my heavy with sauce. the cheese was of high quality as well as the beats. it was pretty thicker cheese to not ask for extra cheese. the pictured pizza has pepperoni, olives and small meat balls on it. wings are classic pizza place wings too honest! they are sufficient for the price and for consistency with most pizza places. not baked, provided, many baked. other reviews say overpriced and I ask for different. I think you'll get what you pay! you want cheap pizza, then buy cheap pizza. quality is of utmost importance and I did not find the price offered from the rich for the type of pizza. Yes, we all know they can get a piece of karton for $5 on the road. if that's your ding, so be it. that is not this kind of pizza. if in the opposite again, will definitely have again."

Long story short a specific manager genuinely believes she has the right to illegally override actual Labour Laws Health and Safety Regulations and The Accommodation Of Ontarians with Disabilities Act. Including but not limited to claiming corporate policies can illegally override actual laws. That individuals actions is my only actual reason for this review and potential actions I and other individuals affected are well within legal rights to pursue. The rest of the staff I am genuinely sorry for the fact that you have witnessed what you witnessed however there is a principal that must be respected."
