"The perfect dinner. We went to a local restaurant about 30 minutes from Cooperstown. We started with drinks that were made perfectly. Our waitress Ayzis B was attentive and friendly. I ordered the Osso Buco Milanese; my wife ordered shrimp and scallops over angel hair pasta. I can honestly say it was one of, if not the best, Osso Buco I have ever had. My wife stated that her meal was perfectly prepared as well. Finally came dessert and once again they did not disappoint. This meal was perfect from start to finish."

"I have eaten at Mt. Fuji numerous times in the past few years and I will never ever patronize this restaurant again. I had reservations for a party of four to celebrate an occasion and upon my arrival to the restaurant I noticed there was a limited amount of staff covering the entire restaurant. The lobby was full with patrons waiting to be seated. The hibachi portion of the restaurant was also full which is normal on a weekend night, but I found out that the restaurant only had one chef available to prepare the food and the restaurant employee also told me that they were overbooked. I waited patiently for about 15 minutes past my reservation time and realized that my party would not be seated for quite a while. I left the restaurant and will not be coming back. It's sad to see this once fun to go to restaurant slowly lose its way."
