"OK I know this is a bold and loaded statement but tonight I had THE best pizza in Georgia. And for what it 's worth, this is coming from someone who lived in New York for over 12 years and has eaten all of New York City 's Best pizzas. THIS is the pizza that I have been searching for all over Georgia. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner tonight and he shared with me how he was trying to create a hybrid pizza dough, not a New York style, and not a Neapolitan style, but the best of both. Let me just say whatever he created, it 's some thing special. The pizza does NOT flop, New Yorkers will know what I 'm talking about the flop . Every slice can handle the NY fold and it stand straight up (proof is in the photo . The underside of the pizza has a beautiful char and crisp to it from that amazing Woodfire pizza oven, but it 's not paper thin like a New York style. Instead, it 's a little bit thicker with not only a crispy texture on the bottom, but it has a beautiful chewy texture in the middle. And the ingredients on the pizzas that we had were so incredibly delicious and fresh. I hate that I live an hour away from this restaurant and I 'm already planning my next trips back to this area just so that I can come back and eat this pizza again. Don 't call it New York style pizza-don 't call Neapolitan style pizza, call it Pizza by Fuscos and say it with respect! It definitely deserves its own name."

"4/23/22 Good today. Didn’t expect anything less. Made one critical error though. When asked if Bar side was ok, we said yes. It was incredibly slowly. Still a superior to La Parilla. Previous Review: Let’s honest. Mexican restaurants are a dime a dozen. Same menu, different same. Some are good. Some are mediocre. Poblano’s though is different. Went there for the first time today. Menu had many of same old stand by’s for the less adventurous, but other selections I’ve not seen on a menu. Our server was Maria. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all honest. One item that caught my attention was similar to something I’ve had in Nicaragua. She straight up told me “no, it’s nothing like that”. I value honesty. She made it her personal mission to make me a salsa that I actually thought was hot. I have a high tolerance. We will definitely go back!"

"Perfect atmosphere for a relaxing meal at the end of a busy week. We started with fried green tomatoes which were absolute bliss. The crab cakes were so delicious, it was almost impossible to take a bite without doing a little celebration dance. Literally the best crab cakes I've had... and I've had crab cakes in Chesapeake Bay made with fresh caught crabs straight from the water. Hubs also got a sangria and said it was amazing.
