"My husband and I ate here during our stay at the Chateau de Saulon. We took the 7-course menu and it was very good. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Wine menu was extensive and we had a very good Saint Roman Vincent Girardin 2017...and a Pouilly-fuisse 2017 for the cheese."

"Very nice discovery at the Château de Saulon! We stayed there for one night in August, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Small downside regarding breakfast. With the influx of customers in the hotel during this period, if you arrive at 9 a.m., the buffet is already empty... Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet"

"Depuis le temps qu'on en entendait du bien, nous avons décidé d'essayer ce restaurant. La façade, le cadre, la décoration, l'ambiance et l'accueil sont agréables. Les formules du midi en semaine sont SUPER intéressantes : pour moins de 15 Euros, le menu complet entrée, plat, fromage, dessert, vin et café, pour trouver mieux..... Buffets généreux. Bonne cuisine et vraiment peu cher, service souriant et agréable. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain ! Et pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse."

"Such a sweet little place. We visited for one night on our way to our final destination. The room was cozy and clean but the bathroom felt very new and more modern, which made us relax even more. We must give a rose to the sweet girl at the reception with long, dark, curly hair and glasses. Her english was good and she did everything in her might to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you. I only give 4/5 stars because of smaller details, and the fact that we were a little disappointed that we couldn't eat at the restaurant before 7pm for dinner. I know it seems like a french or southerneurope thing, but with a small child we need to keep to his routines as much as possible, and we didn't think it would be a problem to get an icecream or a piece of bread before that time, but apparently it was. Again, we ran into the same problem the day after as well so i don't think it was only this place. But when dealing with tourists and small children, it would have been nice if they were a little more flexible at some points."

"Book the complete castle for a weekend... It is an ideal place to marry 120 to 150 people without problems. We booked all the rooms our friends enjoyed! And the next day, the brunch around the pool was just the cherry on the cake! Think about organising your photo session on site: the dovenier, the canal and the architecture of the balustrades, participated in the success of the reportage. Do not hesitate this place is magical..."
