"Had the meal for 2, for the 4 of us (2 adult 2 children) which was quite good. a chicken caraage added as an appetizer. I thought it was a bit short on salt and taste, but it was also my first time here, so was not sure what to expect. the miso suppe was fantastic, ditto with the sea salad along with a bowl edamame. along with a boatload of sushis and huhn teriyaki it was also quite mouthful for the 4 of us. the rolled sushis were fantastic and full of taste, the sashimi and nitriri felt a little flat. but I am not a sushi identifier, so take that with a korn salt. would go back to try the other bits in the menu safely"

"First time since we were in the neighborhood . Ordered 3 dragons, green, spicy, black and 1 spicy tuna. Did not try the tuna but my husband did not like it. My son complained about mayo on everything that made his stomach uncomfortable. I , however, fully enjoyed the experience, loved the black dragon and like the green dragon. The waitress was attentive and refilled our tea constantly. I will definitely visit it again but maybe not with my family"

"This place has high wait times normally pre covid) so I decided to come here for late brunch today on my day off Monday) to try it out. They have both dine in patio option, did walk in just after 1pm and there was no wait time. This was my first time here, we got the Burger Benny recommend the chorizo sausage with spicy hollandaise sauce, it was so good. We also got a loaded plate from feature menu which was good too. The Nutella shake my bf got was probably my favorite, so delicious! On the downside, I struggled to rate this 3 or 4 because the eating experience was not good. There were so many bees, we tried to change tables but it didn’t help too much. We tried to just eat as quick as possible and grabbed our leftover pancakes to go which I didn’t even eat yet). The problem was that there was a leftover cup of syrup on 1 of the planters that is just sitting there so the bees were crowding around it along with nearby tables. I suspect a customer left it there somehow and staff just hadn’t seen or clean it up. Overall, I would like to come back but definitely not patio sitting."

"Maple Sushi on Disera has been my go to sushi place since they opened! They maintained the quality of the food throughout the pandemic while staying open with only take out at times. Sean is always so helpful and you can tell he takes pride in his restaurant! I bring everyone to Maple Sushi and it will continue to be my favourite spot in the area! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My favourite rolls are chicken and beef Terriyaki and I’ve never found a place that has had better rolls than Maple Sushi! They have a great menu, wonderful staff, phenomenal service, and an amazing atmosphere!"
