"The customer service reps were Not working well together. It was hard as hell who was the manager tonight. They had staff and I think some they were training. There was water spilled on the floor and I pointed out when I came in. No one cleaned it up. All the tables are dirty in the front cuz they close the back half off again I think they were busy and training new people. Finally after about 10 minutes so he decides to come and clean all the tables. There's absolutely no camaraderie or fun like they normally have when I'm in there and they absolutely have something going on between them. I assume one of them was a manager and she was helping to scrub the floor but the floor was so greasy from today's events and they were trying to scrub it down but everybody kept slipping and sliding which made it even more dangerous I was just waiting to see if something happened. Our pizza was cooked and delivered in a fairly reasonable amount of time. Again when I requested they did clean the tables off. They were not many workers smiling. I don't know what was going on tonight but it's not but I usually see when I walk in any of your locations including this one. It was really disorganized."

"As we were craving for some Mediterranean food, decided to check this place out. They were extremely busy when we arrived. To accommodate our party and another, they set up 2 tables outside. And it worked well for us. They seemed a bit short staffed but they made up for it with their great attitude and hospitality. Our favorite was the Ottoman platter. The meat had a plenty of flavor. Felt the falafels were a bit over fried. All the dishes were platted nicely except for the soup. It seemed a bit messy. Overall experience was pleasant and we would recommend this place for anyone in Sun Prairie area. We appreciated their gesture to set up the tables outside to accommodate us and the friendly attitude of the entire staff. Won our hearts!"
