"Outback is one of my favorite restaurants and I order from them quite often as I Love the clam chowder soup. I mainly order curbside pick up and did so earlier. I was told my order would be ready in about 20 min. I arrived a half hour later as to allow enough time for my order to be complete. I waited 12 minutes before anyone approached the vehicle. I paid for my meal and it was brought out 10 minutes later. I check to make sure the order was correct and it was NOT. I was given potatoe soup instead of clam chowder. So after I had to explain to the employee this was not clam chowder she only agreed as another employee confirmed it was not. Also I was not given the oyster crackers or any silverware. I waited an additional 15 minutes to recieve the bowls half full. Well to say this was the most disappointing visit is an understatement. I was never offered any good faith gesture for the long wait, wrong order and poor customer service. I'm not sure I will patronage this establishment anytime soon. Oh and by the way I was told it was closing time that's why I had to wait so long for the correct soup. Funny part is when I arrived it wasn't."

"This place get worse every time I visit. This will be the last. Old Grumpy Marks hot sauce is the only thing keeping them afloat. Horrible management from Emelia. Order accuracy is a joke along with the idiots taking the order. Why are you messing up so much? Why? As an older employee I refuse to go here now. If I want diahreeah I'll get if from chipotle and use my OGM at home. Roburritos is a shell of what it use to be"
