"This was the worst Mexican food ever. The chicken and cheese quesadilla was mostly little chicken bits. The cheese to chicken ratio matters and this, was literally little chicken bits in a tortilla with barely any cheese. And the wrong kind of cheese. Use one that melts and holds the chicken in the tortilla. Disappointed."

"Ever since Cafe Rio went downhill years ago, I switched to Costa Vida. I found it to be fresher and better value for your money. That’s not the case anymore unfortunately, Costa Vida has gone the way of Cafe Rio before it. Ingredients are no longer fresh, portions are smaller, corners are cut. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a small pork salad on a Saturday afternoon (what you would assume to be a peak time for a restaurant). The salad was missing the tortilla entirely, and the rice and beans on the side of the quesadilla looked like someone had plopped one tablespoon of each in the container. The raspberry chipotle chicken inside the quesadilla was rock hard and had no flavor, and the quesadilla itself had essentially no cheese inside of it, so it was a tortilla with hard, flavorless chicken. In addition, the inside of my bag was soaked with liquid and the containers looked like someone had stepped on them. Guess I’ll be looking for a new place for my quick “Mexican” fix from now on."

"Betos will be, and always will be the best place for Mexican fast food. I have been ordering breakfast Burrito for 23 years and they have never increased prices and never cut the Burrito in size. Its STILL huge and full of REAL potatoes, eggs and ham. They're not kidding."
