"Ordered two medium pizzas while driving through Eugene and tried the Lil Pep Pep and the California Chicken Club (red sauce and white sauce to try both varieties). The ingredients tasted good but we have high, picky standards for pizza and overall it was just OK. The crust was decent but simple, the red sauce was better than the garlic sauce, and both were incredibly greasy! Staff was friendly and helpful though, I'm glad we tried it"

"Last night I ordered PH delivery on my boyfriends phone, got an ETA and conformation email and handed it back to him. I have a 2 month old so time gets away from me quickly. Original ETA was 7:05pm and by 8:23pm still no pizza. I called in to ask aboutour order as the conformation email was now not even opening. Got into contact with Keith who was extremely polite and let meknow that our order came up on their end as a carry out and that it was infact made and ready by that time. So polite andprofessional and apologized about the error. He remade our order and it was delivered quickly, correctly and was delicious. I'veworked in Food and beverage and hospitality management for 21 years and it's getting harder to come by exceptional employeessuch as Keith."
