"A quiet enjoyable evening Flights Bites with a limited but delicious food menu and very good rum cocktail pairing. At first we thought the cocktails were pre selected, but we were pleasantly surprised by some creative concoctions. Top it off with a flight of special rums (Foursquare in my case) and it was a delightfully mellow and educational evening. Very recommended for those who want to explore some great rum and good food. We 're hoping to try one of their other pairing events in the future."

"This is a very good restaurant, and the venue is superb. Situated beside a water fountain, with the limestone walls at Limegrove Mall keep this area cool. The food was excellent. We had Cashew Chicken and a Chicken Pad Thai. They also have very nice Basil Lemonade which is very refreshing. Their menu is quite extensive, something for everyone"

"We were so so disappointed We’ve ate a lot of restaurants in Barbados Lone Star,CIN CIN,Champers we even got married at The Cliff had our wedding reception there with 20 guests We had heard good reviews from The Fairmount So we booked for Christmas Day night The restaurant is beautiful however we were seated at 7pm Still hadn’t had our order taken by 8pm No water or wine on our table just our finished g ts my sons empty sprite bottle..... Order taken when I politely mentioned it..... Starters came at 9 No wine or water top up...... By 9.30 still not had our main course Got our main course,asked for salt pepper was delivered sachets (The type you get delivered in Chefette) Still empty glasses on the table I was so upset we were about to walk out The staff insisted we stay (They were very polite,just out of their depth despite the restaurant being half empty) The food when it came was ok but not hot.... When we left at 10.15 our empty glasses were still there including our sons sprite bottle Not what you would expect from a 5* establishment with a cost of $265 per head So disappointed"
