Previously on Knabbern He wished us a good appetite, also asked if everything is to our satisfaction. We were satisfied with our statement that it tastes very good. As an Italian with his Bavarian dialect, a certain serenity radiated until... yes, until the time as treasures existed a little pain. He immediately took my wife's plate into the kitchen to pour the red wine. Then put him back on the table so she could eat. But then he suddenly changed his mood, shocked and trembled, he always came past our table with his head shaken. Somehow he had completely lost his attitude. We can't apologize anymore. It wasn't broken. Instead of constantly silent, it would have been appropriate that he or another would have wiped the wine under the table and the bank from the staff. Since the seat cushion was also affected, it would have been nice to replace it. I've never seen it in a restaurant. Goats 4* My table neighbor chose the homemade Ravioli Salvia (12,00 €). These were filled with real small chopped stone mushrooms, whose distinctive taste on tongue and palate was clearly noticeable. The ravioli were presented visually very beautifully, in sage butter sauce on the naturally preheated plate. A little ointment and grated parmesan on it rounded off the pasta. Unfortunately, she could not experience the full pleasure of her dishes on the empty plate. Ravioli I decided again for Spaghetti Carbonara (9,50 €). A neat part, perfectly boiled spaghetti wrapped with egg, enough bacon cubes, a spoon of grated parmesans over it. Tadellos prepared as I imagined. Thank God not the inexpressible cream sauce. Spaghetti Carbonara Despite the circumstances mentioned above, we enjoyed an espresso (2,20 €) that was typical Italian and very good. Espresso Unfortunately, the photos have not succeeded properly. Cleanliness 4* In the restaurant everything is clean and well maintained, that also applies to glasses, cutlery and dishes in general. Toilet was not visited. Conclusion: An Italian who can prove not only pizza and pasta, but also in higher quality dishes. When dealing with the processing of a painter of the guests, he must definitely improve. After all, we had the impression that he never wants to see us again. And that's exactly what we do with him. Overall impression: 2 – hardly again (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it results again, 4 – again happy, 5 – absolutely again"
