"I just ordered 2 shrimp Alfredo's on door dash. When I quickly noticed that it was red sauce. My boyfriend ate some and immediately felt sick. We called right away to notify them and the person that picked up was rude and trying to justify that we ordered red sauce. The item is Fettuccine Alfredo!! Not Marinara. It was watery the shrimp looked weeks old and made us throw up immediately. Whatever you do please do not order from this restaurant the health department needs to do an expected inspection immediately something is not right they are using all the product is making people sick and also serving the wrong food I'm allergic to tomatoes. Long story short we dumped are pasta down the toilet where belongs"

"I called my order in at 10:20 pm. I was told that my pizza would be done at 10:40 pm. I received a phone call at 10:41 pm and stated that I was on the way. I arrived at the restaurant by 10:55 pm. As I?m walking in i wasn?t greeted. The guy behind the register seemed rather irritated and asked was I pick up. I stated yes and he responded by saying can you hurry up and pay so we can close... ?? The way I wanted to retaliate would?ve gotten me a label slapped on my head. The business woman in me told him that his response to me was super unprofessional and being a small business owner closing time is at 11:00 pm. You don?t rush your guest no matter. The hand gestures was the icing on the cake. His colleague then tried to tell me that they were closing and needed to count the register. Okay me as a paying customer should never feel rushed. Any establishment I?ve ever worked at we never rushed our guests. If closing time is 11:00 pm expect to leave at 11:30. They were out of this establishment by 11:09 pm and was chit chatting and smoked a cigarette before leaving. The only reason I didn?t give them a one star is because I enjoy Ledo?s Pizza and I know how a one star can impact a business. Being a small business owner and being an employee for other establishment this was unacceptable. The way these establishments in Maryland treat their paying customers is out of this world. We have to demand better. I spent $22.00 on a pizza don?t make me regret it. I hope you all improve your customer service at this location. If not I guess I will have to continue to bring my hard earned dollar to Virginia."

"Friday 08/13/21 at 7:09 I was very impressed by the Marlow Heights Store very clean, staff had good customer service with hats and masks on, uniforms were clean. The manager and everyone did not just stand around a person, the staff showed excellent performance together and great job managers. I'll order my pizza from the Marlow Heights Store."
