"This was the only place that had vegan croissants at 11:30 am (one left). Very pretty outdoor seating and a menu that clearly identifies their (few) vegan options. The market also has vegan cheese (Violife) in case you wanted to try cooking here. The croissant was unusual—stiffer than what we are used to but not bad. As noted by others, service leaves something to be desired but since Italy doesn’t rely on a tip-based system for their servers, this is pretty much the norm."
