Et comme on avait adooooooré la sole entière la dernière fois, on n'a pas changé une formule qui gagne.Un excellent saumon sauvage en entrée suivi de cette recommandable "sole entière pour deux" plus cuite d'un côté (pour moi) que de l'autre (pour mon épouse) avec une authentique purée de pommes de terre, Miam miam !Les desserts aux myrtilles (pour l'une) et aux chocolats (pour l'autre) étaient très bons et bien équilibrés.Service toujours impeccable, très belle carte des vins et un cadre de verdure que j'invite chaque lecteur à aller découvrir en couple ou entre amis.A bientôt ???"
