"Hours need to be updated online and/ or speak with the closing staff about not closing early. Website and Yelp both said they 're open until 11pm Friday and Saturday. I went in at 9:45 pm on a Friday to place an order and everything was already cleaned up and put away. Cashier informed me they closed in 10 minutes (which would be almost 10pm) after asking me how can I help ? If you aren 't taking orders during your specified hours of operation, you can 't help and should have said sorry we 're closing . Another customer was there complaining about a separate issue that required the staff to try and contact the store manager, who wasn 't onsite. Clearly some additional issues happening with this location. Food is typically decent during past visits."

"We drove near 2 hours to this place. It was our ONLY night to eat this week. I was very excited about it!! Unfortunately, this place was a huge FAIL! This is one of the worst culinary experiences I had in a very long time. I did my homework. I read reviews. I REALLY wanted to find a relaxing restaurant on the water to board again and enjoy a nice dinner. I tried to track Fish Tacos. Strike one! They don't have them. Fish Chips... Strike 2! They are also from them! I asked if they could grill the shrimps. Neither. Every time I ask the waitress, she'd say Strike and go away! It took forever to come back. Okay. I was crying for her coconut shrimp appetizers. My husband ordered a Speck Cheeseburger. The rabbit fell apart as soon as he picked him up! It was a mess to eat. He said the burger was fair. We waited for her to bring ketchup. I saw forever. I was ready to get him from a table. Then she finally showed up again. The windows were dirty. If you wanted to see the marina, you had to look through them. Oh, yeah! More... NO TOILET PAPER in the main ladies room stand!! ya! C'mon folks!!! You need to make a LOT better!!!! Two times! I hate to publish such a review. But people need to know how bad this place is. The only reason they're still in business is LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! because your food is at best fair and the service is bad. F"
