"Five of us booked for a fondue which at 26E per person was well overpriced and not very exciting. The actual cheese sauce itself was tasty but was only accompanied by bread, one small bowl of overcooked potatoes and a few pickles. We were served pretty quickly but when we wanted more bread and potatoes could not catch the waiters eye.He dissapearred only to be seen again with the bill. It is very busy but still no excuse for bad service. I have had better fondue at a cheaper price. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend coming here."

"We visted the restaurant as it was ranked in Ischgl. We had salads from the saladbar the selection was not that big. Then we had pizza’s which were dry. Honestly dont know why the high ranking. There are much better places to go...to."

"My husband and I visited this café in February and, not for the first time, we were very disappointed with the service.This was the fourth time we have been, as we come to Ischgl every year, and not once have we felt welcome here. There...seems to be no consistent way of dealing with customers and we watched different staff dealing differently with numerous customers. My husband was served at the counter for sit down food whereas I was instructed, not asked courteously, to sit down and wait for a waitress who didn't come over. My husband ordered coffee and cake yet only coffee was brought. He made three staff aware of his order yet after 15 to 20 minutes the cake still hadn't come. When I went over to the counter and complained a senior member of staff was quite confrontational in her body language but the cake was brought. It's a shame that the excellent products in such a lovely shop are not served in a more efficient and friendly way so that customers do not feel confused and unwelcome."

"We were forced to order the sharing menu because we were with a big Group. We had te wait very long. We sad there for 4 hours! Also the sushi was nothing special. The kids table was done in 2 hours. At night a lot of the Group was sick. I wrote an e-mail to Lucy Wang but they did not agree with but did not talk about my sick Friends. My advise; do not order the sharing menu. Better go somewhere else if you are with a Group."

"Waren zu Abendessen da. Das Restaurant war recht voll, wir haben trotzdem einen Platz bekommen. Die Bedienung gestresst und dennoch recht freundlich, das war's mit den Pluspunkten. Als Vorspeise gab es Antipasti, diese waren bestimmt nicht selbst gemacht, total essiglastig und minderwertiger Qualität. Als Hauptgang gab es dann die wohl widerlichsten gegrillten Calamari weit und breit...diese schmeckten als wären sie schon mal angebraten und einfach wieder aufgewärmt worden, total trocken und gummiartig, einfach ekelhaft. Zudem schwammen sie regelrecht in Öl und Knoblauch. Der dazu servierte Beilagensalat befand sich auf dem selben Teller und ist leider auch irgendwo im Knoblauchöl versunken. Die Pizza die mein Mann hatte war leider nur okay, aber weit weg von lecker...überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert."

"Viel Holz und alpines Sammelsurium empfängt sie! Der Service (auch die Damen) muss Lederhosen tragen, obwohl es für den ein oder anderen von Vorteil gewesen wäre, darauf zu verzichten! Dafür sind die Speisen von bester Qualität und Grösse! Bessere Bratkartoffeln habe ich bisher noch nicht gegessen! Die Preise sind moderat, der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur bestens empfehlen ."

"Wir machten unseren jährlichen Betriebsausflug nach Ischgl und suchten uns diesesmal das Panorama Bedienungsrestaurant aus. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Auch wurde immer rasch bei den Weinen und Getränken nachgefragt. Die Vorspeisen waren in wenigen Minuten da. Man merkt dass man hier auf viel mehr Gäste eingestellt ist wie hier am Saisonende.Auch die Hauptspeisen waren perfekt. Die Steaks auf den Punkt. Ganz speziell war der Burger mit den geräucherten Pommes - empfehlenswert. Den Punkt Abzug gibt es nur für den Preis. Es ist zwar Ischgl aber ..."
