"Went out for a meal with my friend....she had ordered the southwest flat bread and a salad, I had a pizza. we had a great server who had to come with some not so good news. The kitchen had made the wrong pizza! Due to the inconvenience and delay, she offer to bring me a comp salad so that we could both have a salad to eat while they corrected the pizza order. That is great customer service, done with no fuss no muss!Kudos!"
In pleasant weather you can even be served in the outdoor area.

"Alright I have decided to start rating pizza places. The main factors are is it a clean restaurant, can they actually make a veggie pizza that is not soggy or raw tasting?(that isn't easy to do as veggies give off steam and moisture when they cook)Are they friendly? I used ro own a pizza place and I know what to look for. Well this place passes with flying colours! Look at the pic of the conveyor.. clean. Bathroom clean. The people are super friendly with Dhaval Patel (the guy in the pic running the place) and finally the pizza was perfect. Not soggy, cooked just right. This is not a paid solicitation it's my opinion."

"HORRIBLE customer service!!!Placed an order for pick up.1 stuffed crust, 1 regular crust, 2 orders of bread sticks wings.Called back not even 1min after placing the order to cancel JUST the regular crust pizza. It took me calling them 8 times for them to finally pick up again. The lady over the phone was so rude saying it was already in the oven so I couldn’t cancel it, I was super apologetic even suggesting if they just put it in their case in hopes they could sell it that way. She said no because it was stuffed crust, I said “well that’s funny it’s a good thing I did call back because my order would have been wrong anyways because that pizza was supposed to be regular crust”…. The lady then argued with me insisted that I was lying and was only saying that because I wanted to cancel that pizza…. When that was clearly not the case so I simply said “fine I will just cancel the WHOLE order”. The lady was so rude and said “That’s fine I don’t care” then hung up on me. Clearly this location doesn’t care about customers satisfaction, perhaps getting nicer staff to take the correct orders over the phone/in person and then dealing with the customers with respect.Pizzaville got my money at the end of this."
