"I had a order (4/22)and it was wrong i called and told them and my order was written down in the book to get a replacement order(i spoke with a male). I called a few weeks ago to confirm and my order was in the book, i called today and the lady was rude she was yelling at me stating your name is not in the book you dont know what you ordered. I stated I ordered the pizza above the classic with extra pepp she say well its not here and you still dont know what you ordered i stated I do just CANT recall the name the lady continue to yell at me and hung up. She is so rude to the point i wanted to go up there and call corporate, she doesnt deserve to be a manger. She suppose to be the face of the company and make this place look horrible, I will never in my life order from here again nor would I recommend someone too"

"Yesterday we have been in jackson zand there for years. we waited 15 minutes for placement and they were empty. the eating was terrible calfsalbeere was so hard that you could not cut it. Knock toast was old. Mac cheese was gummy, and the prizes are high. will not go back there"

"We were traveling through Michigan, and decided to stay in Lansing. I read the reviews on this place, and planned our hotel to be nearby. I was not sorry! What a great brewery. The staff was very welcoming, and they were very informed about all the beers. And the ones we tried were fantastic. We also had a salad and a pizza, and they were both great. It was a beautiful evening, so we sat outside, and got in on a Bingo game! Highly recommend!"
