"While we worked in my friend's house over the street, we decided on a Deli sandwich for lunch one of the days and coffee on some of the other days. the Italian deli bungalow was highly recommended. they make them fresh whatever meat and cheese you want. You have to try. They also have outdoor seats for beautiful days."

"Hands down my new favourite Vietnamese restaurant! The pho satay reminded me of the pho my dad would make, and the grilled chicken pho flavoured the broth perfectly. Perfect balance of savvy, sweetness and authentic clean flavors. Side sauce for the fried tofu was warm and elegantly flavored too. Thank you so much for the great food and wonderfully kind service!!"

"It is safe for me to say after trying Kook for our first time, that this is hands down the best Korean BBQ experience in the East Vancouver area (finally! To me, this even beats the Korean BBQ places downtown. There is a traditional Korean ambience in the restaurant, from the wooden seats to the bronzeware cups and bowls (bangjja which I love. It reminds me of being back in Korea. If you love Korean BBQ, you will not be disappointed here. There is a wide selection of complimentary side dishes which are bottomless, and they’re ALL really good!! We ordered combo B for 4 people and it was just enough food (appetizers, meats entrees to fill us all up. Presentation was beautiful, as you can see in my photos. Service was great! The manager really cared about our experience and if we were satisfied with our order/dishes. We already agreed we are coming back to introduce this place to our other friends and family. You don’t even need to come here for BBQ as they serve cooked traditional Korean dishes soups as well. Kook has a bright future ahead of them and we can’t wait to come back! HIGHLY recommend this to any BBQ food lover. 5 stars from me"

"I go to this place sometimes because I really like the vibes, the staff and the ambient. I didn´t order the brunch (yet) because I love their toast bread. It remains my hometown in Brazil. The sourdough bread was perfect, and the mocha (for me) was good but strong – I had to add more sugar lol. Also, they aPrice: It's fair and affordable. My order was around 11 (without tips).Customer Service: The staff always is gentle. After ordering and paying, you have a sit and wait for them to bring your order to the table. The playlist is good as well, and I was surprised when I heard Brazilian music (Bossa Nova) playing. It totally reminds Brazil.Space: The place is modern but has something vintage style, and everything matches each other. They have a little patio outside. It has a beautiful rustic, with picnic tables, benches and hit.Cleaning: It was okay, as it should be.Location: It's at a busy Zona; I did walk there. Those familiar with the area know it is difficult to find a park, especially during the day. If you are lucky, maybe you can park around. "Friends and I showed up late Friday afternoon. There was already a queue outside. We had to provide our names and number to the receptionist so our group could be listed down. We waited another 40 minutes before being called and seated. It’s very hot inside and quite cramped. The food was incredible though. We ordered the Sooda Bulgogi, Cheese Sooda Box, and Sweet/Spicy Chicken. Very good food, but I wonder if it’s worth all that wait. And heat."
