"I think I've been impressed with this restaurant every time I've come in. I make it in not that often but each trip has been memorable. This time I had to try the Coo Chee spaghetti with beef. It's not something I'm ever heard of before is a dish but it was outstanding! I think the restaurant made the right choice pairing red curry sauce with spaghetti noodles instead of ramen. The heavier spaghetti noodles held up better to the strong flavorful curry. I even asked for an extra order of ramen with the leftover Curry sauce. It was good but not the same as the spaghetti. My only recommendation would be to put more spaghetti noodles in the dish!"

"We'd been to Chaco canyon all day looking at ruins. On our way to Shiprock, we decided to spend the night in Farmington. We just Googled Mexican food and decided on this place. Small, out of the way place but easy to find. The business was a little slow (time of day) so we got seated and served pretty quickly. I was really impressed with how good the food was! When asked if I wanted red or green, I chose Christmas(both sauces). DELICIOUS. I've got a favorite place in Albuquerque, now I have a favorite in Farmington. Enjoy! "Hubby took what SUPPOSED was to be a big turkey for Thanksgiving. The big one is SUPPOSED at 20-24 pounds. I always cook a turkey near 25 pounds as I find. When he broke the turkey of $90, I thought they didn't precarved it because the package was so small... I heated it MUCH less than the instructions because turkey NOT have to be 225 degrees, ESPECIALLY when it is already boiled. Open the packaging and, no, it was not precarved... No, it was a big turkey! I doubt it even qualified for its medium size...if yes, BARELY! The turkey was so overcooked... the white meat could not be cut, came away like sawdust. The dark meat was hard... almost hard. I pulled so much edible meat off that I could forget to eat Thanksgiving and a few omelets later. I thank God that this year I did not cook for a lot like I usually do! Feeding 15-20 ...lol. Didn't even feed me. You will never get another dim from us! Thanks for ruining our Thanksgiving!"
