"Customer service was non existent. Called to place a phone order only to be told to hang on. After a few minutes decided to walk there as a local and still hanging on the phone whilst the girl working there was on her mobile phone. 12 minutes later. By then I could see what incompetence I was dealing with but I still placed the order given the boss at home was relying on the cud and snacks for dinner at home. When I did order the staff member still got my order wrong. Why bother. I walked out and got my chips from Fat Wraps. 5 minutes from order to walking out with my chips. If I want Fish and Chips I’ll go elsewhere. Yes it’s one experience but it taints a stores reputation. If you want to succeed in a business then use your family in these ventures. If you don’t then hire local kids who are 16 year old high school dropouts who can’t follow simple instructions."

"I think their burgers with the lot are nice and $4 of chips is more than I can eat. Plus they've given me two potato cakes because they were a little small so they've done the right thing by me which is more than most takeaways in the Thomastown/Campbellfield area.
