"Ramen was good, but it was better at the old location. I do plan to come back though. The dishes are always filling and flavorful. I just wish for stronger flavors and after my last visit I'm honestly looking forward and for a new ramen spot. •update food has gotten better"

"Last night we stopped in not knowing if we had enough time before our Play at The Des Moines Playhouse, for a sushi roll and a mojito (thats not on the drink menu) the bartender got our order in right away and made us some awesome Mojitos. Great job and thanks Jeff!"

"My daughter's wedding was at Hoyt Sherman, January 28th, ceremony and reception. Gateway Market catering served the appetizers post ceremony and entrees for the reception. The food was excellent. The staff was very efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend Gateway Market catering for a large event."

"Delicious delicious delicious!!! I asked for a smoothie while I was in DMI (Des Moines Ia) visiting family and I was introduced to the The Juice Company. The guy helping us was really cool but his dog had just ran off and it's a busy street. I ordered a pina colada and mango smoothie with an energy supplement. I will be visiting there each time I visit. Hope he found his dog. Go there you will love it"

"There are no words! Simply amazing food, comfy atmosphere....a great time. The vegan tacos were delicious. I had the seitan asada and the Korean tofu. My daughter had the tater tots one, while my grandson had the gringo (steak and cheese). My daughter has the whiz masa fries, while I had vegan poutine. Everything was lucious, but there was so much we're heading home with leftovers. This will definitely become a favorite stop in Des Moines!"

"Wife and I went to this Asian restaurant for dinner one evening after reading some reviews from Yelp and the likes. My wife chose the Chicken Broccoli Over $10) and we had the Chicken Spring Rolls for Appetizer $3.95). I had the Combo Pad Thai which included shrimp, beef and chicken $10.95). I must say that everything was very good and we even asked for them to prepare the meals without MSG. Also, this is one of the first times I have ever eaten Pad Thai and not had to use the chili sauce. In my opinion IMO) that says much about quality and food taste. Highly recommend to give a try if you want quality, fresh Asian food. Thank for reading."
