"Absolutely disgusting place. Will never be going back there again. Staff climbing all over work surfaces then making food without washing hands or wearing gloves! Was not told about a 65p charge to pay on card and was charged twice as I ordered a milkshake when i got there. Staff extremely rude especially the young girl with blonde hair. Didn't have any manners, spoke to a customer in a disgusting way on the phone. Never been anywhere so unprofessional. I was even made to put in my own card details onto their computer as the younger girl couldn't be bothered and they don't have a card machine!!!!!! Stay away at all costs people!"

"It was late, my friend, and I drove from winchester to wales, and we starved. we passed a service station and had luck finding this place. I had not really much expected, but it was surprisingly good and had several options. I had the vegan burger with curly pommes. everything was well prepared and very tasty and I was absolutely filled at the end of the meal. the staff were all very helpful and friendly, although it was only half an hour to the conclusion when we came. I would definitely recommend it if they travel on this wise way or stay in the nearby hotel, or even if they only wish a fun little American style dinner."

"Called in the morning for breakfast and wasn't disappointed. sat down and my order was taken within two minutes. I had the all day breakfast which was cooked to perfection, the cafe is not too busy so you can eat in peace, it is clean and tidy and the service is excellent, the price is right for what you get and I would recommend a visit."
