"Chips were beautiful and they also shred, which they do not often see. fish didn't look so beautiful so it didn't have, but it might taste better than it looked. instead had fish cake and that were good."

"I was fortunate enough to get to experience Scoffers gluten free fish chips in 2019 when I was visiting Sleaford from Australia. It is now 12 months on and all I wanted this evening was some more. Australia is fabulous, but it really cannot make fish chips like England, especially the gluten free quality that’s tasted from Scoffers last year. I am back again in December, and hope that they are still operational. Only downside is that they do not have a published menu or advertise their gluten free capabilities on their website."

"I've had many issues with staff not fulfilling my order in the past and that has put me off using them which is a shame because the food is generally good. I have never felt the need to put in a negative review partly because the work force are predominantly kids and we were all once kids and had to learn right? This week I placed my order, paid for the food and waited for my change, the young lad totally forgot to give me my change and was very apologetic when I asked for it. when I returned home with my order it was not all there! I called Fillets and the lady on the phone advised me that I hadn't paid for one portion of the chips and that the order must have been taken down incorrectly. I asked that she have a chat with staff to be more careful when taking orders to which she responded, next time I should repeat the order twice to ensure that it was correct......... umm not quite the response I was expecting, for that reason alone I wont be returning to Filets again."

"Given wrong order again !!! Have been a loyal Customer for years, but this place has gone downhill. Items missing, salt and vinegar request often wrong too. When we visit it is quiet, so no excuses !! High prices for not recieving the food that you paid for. Not intrested when you do complain. Poor Customer Service. Staff ignorant. They do not value your custom and no longer care about keeping their regular customers. We will not be visiting this establishment again."
