"We are new transplants of massachusetts and that was our first silvester in florida. Traditionally we would have Chinese food at the silvester, but since we are not familiar with the local restaurants, we wanted something we could depend on. P.F Chang’s hasn’t disappointed at all. eating was great no matter where they are in the country. the restaurant was not packed so that the noise level relatiw was low and the service was great. we liked it so much that we could go a complete second meal."

"I would say terrible service but I didn't get any service at all!! I sat down at the counter for at least 10 minutes and was completely ignored like I wasn't even there! Nobody said they would be right with me, or offered a menu or a drink. NOTHING. I could understand if the place was packed but it wasn't that busy. The wait staff just kept walking by or standing around off to the side. There was a woman at the register the whole time that I assumed was the manager but was totally oblivious about her customers . If Jay or Greg aren't there the service is the worst. As I left I told the lady at the register that I was going somewhere else to eat. She didn't care. What a joke!"

"Really disappointed when I placed order on the mobile app only for the drive thru person to tell you we don 't have any food. At first I thought it was closed because all the lights were off, but there were employees walking around. So it wasn 't closed because I was able to place my order and this says it 's 24 hours, but out of food? Come on!"

"I'm a regular customer, which means that not a week passes by that I don't enjoy a meal at the place. I've been a customer for years and have no bad service or bad eating yet. the atmosphere is lovely and the staff is friendly. I am am amazed by some of the bad critiks, as I always see that the employees go out of the way to see that everyone cares. the manager and the owners themselves provide table service, if necessary and always observe that everyone is well supervised. it is one of the best restaurants in the environment and has won several awards of the citizens who say the same."

"Awesome little coffee bar, just of the Pinellas Trail. Super nice inside. Staff was very friendly. Coffee was made perfect and the blueberry muffin was great. Will definitely come back next time I ride back through here."

"I don't know what is up with Dunkin' but the service is sub par. Two customers in the store, one vehicle in the drive thru and a handful of employees who can't seem to keep up. And it doesn't help to use the app. When you arrive your order still won't be ready. Then they'll spill coffee all over the place. By the time I got home, there was coffee spilled in my car and on my hands and clothing. It's not just this store. I went out of the way to another store yesterday and they were just as bad. I know the job isn't as easy as it looks. Being customer facing has its challenges, but this is at an unacceptable level of service and a lack of value."
