"Amazing customer service from the entrance door to the exit door. Pizza was amazing, atmosphere was a complete positive mood. The staff was super friendly and everyone took care of us, not only our super attentive server. The cooks played with children through the window, service was fast, everyone smiled. A new favorite."

"Worst Imo was ever. Pizza was overcooked. It was as dry as the Sahara. I ate it because I was starving and was in my lunch break and had no time to reorder. They forgot one of my clothes for my salad, so I had to call them and bring them back. The young lady who answered the phone had to get a manager to bring me my dressing, and the manager seemed somewhat irritated because I wanted them to bring it. I paid for the delivery. The only thing that was right was the soda. I won't order anything else from here."

"We ordered a pizza and it came on time. There was a small issue so I just wanted to give them feedback. I explained it over the phone and she said she had been making the pizzas all night and that it was her fault. It takes guts to say when something is your fault so really really cool person right there. Then she was VERY nice and gave us a credit on our account which I was NOT expecting. Super rad. A+ good service. Will be coming back :"

"Went to MOD pizza and got a 6 inch pizza and a mini salad. Pizza wasn?t cut and no dressing came with my salad when I said I wanted Caesar dressing. Ridiculous. Whenever I order from them it?s always wrong. Either I get someone else?s pizza or my pizza is burnt. ?????"

"Terrible experience. Entered my order at 12:18pm. Received a call from the store at 12:46 saying they wouldn?t have a driver at the store until 3 pm. Why are you accepting orders if you know you won?t be able to deliver them until 3. I hadn?t heardanything by 3:50 pm, no idea if my order was still coming or what was going on. I called the store and waited on hold for 20 minjust to have them hang up on me. I know I didn?t accidents hang up as the hold music finally stopped but then the call ended.I?m guessing they picked the phone up just so they could hang up on me. Terrible customer experience considering the only way yocontact the store is to call them. What if I had to leave my apartment after waiting for 3.5 hours and I had to cancel my order.So I call back and finally get to speak with who I believe was the store manager. They confirmed my order hadn?t even gone outyet. My order wasn?t delivered until 5:10. Can?t imagine I?ll be going back to dominos and will be letting others know that it?sextremely poorly run. They don?t value your time and was just a terrible experience."
