"I made an online order for pickup. When I walked in, the lady was in a conversation with a coworker. She stopped her conversation to say hello to me and then turned right around to continue her conversation with the coworker. I felt that she invited me to talk but then dismissed me.When she was finished her lengthy conversation with the coworker, she then began to serve me. I told her I had a pizza for pickup and I was given the pizza. However it was the wrong pizza. I let them know the mistake and they realised they made the wrong order.They offered for me to keep the wrong pizza and offered to make a second pizza for me. I didn't have time to wait so I kindly turned down the offer for the new pizza. They took the pizza they offered from me and only gave me the refund. I was very disappointed with the service.On a side note, the same location burnt a previous pizza I ordered. I feel this location needs improvement."
