I've had really good results with Trader Joe's dough. No shame in using it if you get great pizza!
whole foods dough, whole foods shredded cheese, and a basic sauce from crushed tomatoes and some oregano, sugar and kosher salt.
I'd typically shred my own cheese, but the supermarket I would buy a block from is a bit further away so I don't go there too often. This worked out pretty damn well though.
agreed, we had to use whole foods dough for the first few months of quarantine because yeast was nowhere to be found.
