The Diet Sushi (no rice) - salmon, hamachi, red tobiko and avocado. Disn't have cucumber in the fridge, so had to go without. And if you want to feel fancy, add a little truffle oil to your soy sauce. Goes really well with Hamachi.

This looks really good. However, correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you need rice for it to be considered sushi? Sometimes I feel like "low carb" is just the "*I'm rich, byatch!*" diet.
That said, your rolls look lovely.
