\-drools- Where can you find sushi grade fish? I've checked all of the grocery stores in my area but I can't seem to find it. Can I use frozen fish or fresh cut fish? # Boat Breakdown: Repeated two of my favorite rolls this week and tried out a new idea! On the left is the Hot Date roll - shrimp tempura and avocado on the inside, topped with spicy crab salad, jalapeño, and a dot of sriracha. In the back is my California Sunset roll - a California roll topped with salmon and brushed with lemon infused olive oil. The roll right is the new Soy Boyé roll - a salmon and avocado roll set face up, drizzled with misoyaki sauce then topped with edamame and tobiko! Two salmon nigiri in the front topped with tobiko and two more in the back lightly brushed with sesame oil.
