This week’s sushi boat featuring red snapper!
Red snapper is an awesome sushi fish to try if you’re someone who usually sticks to salmon and tuna! It has a light, mild flavor that most people would enjoy.
# Boat Breakdown:
Two red snapper nigiri in the front of the boat and 5 salmon nigiri in the back. Two new rolls this week featuring red snapper! On the left is the new Red Tide Roll - tobiko and avocado on the inside, topped with soy marinated red snapper (marinated in tamari) and green onions. In the middle is the new Twin Sisters Roll - inside is equal parts salmon and red snapper, tossed in lemon olive oil. The roll is topped with avocado and tobiko! Lastly is one of my favorite rolls - the Super Salmon Crunch Roll (shrimp tempura and avocado on the inside, topped with salmon, spicy mayo, tempura crunch, and spicy garlic crunch). I think these three rolls make for one of my prettiest sets in awhile!
