Homemade New York Style Pizza
Followed dopnyc sauce recipe, Thank you! and it was a game changer, Sclafani Crushed Tomatoes are one of the best tasting Tomatoes i have used and tasted. I did alter the recipe and added a table spoon of olive oil, but that is my preference. I also like to add a half teaspoon of anchovie paste. Added 7 oz of Galbani whole milk mozzarella and used my usual Lamonicas frozen dough, cooked on a preheated pizza stone at 550 degrees for 5 minutes in a GE home gas oven.
