[Homemade] Lemon bars with vanilla bean
Can you share the recipe? Reading your recipe I was finally reminded how to make lemon bars again. The first time I made them they came out like this but I didn't save the recipe and I couldn't find it again. Since then, everytime I try the lemon mixture is too wet for the crust and I just get a mess. Now I remember I thickened the curd over the stove before pouring it the first time. Thanks!!
