I used [this recipe](https://twoplaidaprons.com/korean-cream-cheese-garlic-bread/) which includes both the bread and filling + dip.
I've never had this before and I love the savory-sweet goodness!
It did take FOREVER in passive proofing time bc I don't have a stand mixer. I let the fermentation happen naturally per the recipe maker's response in the recipe comments in order to save my arms from kneading to infinity and beyond.
Wait wtf did you just say? Cream cheese garlic bread is a thing!? Have I even lived?
I made this the last time i saw one here and it almost put us into a sugar coma. I think I'd like to try an authentic, expert-made one before I attempt making it again so I know if it's coming out correctly.
